I know people are dying and I shouldnt be thinking about money, but I specifically paid for a month's pass with the Sri Lanka cricket tour in mind. I have watched 1 match and all they offered was a 1 week pass. I've paid for 4 weeks and only got 2 out of it. They said my pass is still active so I can still watch if the matches are on...
I know it's not the individuals fault but the matches have already been cancelled!
Well there's no phone contact so get straight onto it via email. They get a 'ticket' going for you and then you deal with a different Indian man every day via email, starting from scratch each time with nobody the other end taking any responsibility.
It drags on and on until you either give up, or one of you dies from old age or maybe this virus.
That's my past experience.
With any luck you might just get a refund immediately with no fuss.
