We must live in hope that Lambert will one day find out what his best team is. Certainly need more venom and punch up front.

Not really, this is the same guy who didn't score for what 40 odd games? Norwood gets a lot of stick for missing a lot of chances, but he at least creates himself them and gets in a good position. Everytime you see Sears in a 1:1 you feel he will not score.
