Woken up this morning to a text from my ITU.. 07:09 - Nov 9 with 970 views

...asking if anyone can come in and do some extra as they're short.

What this means is that NHS England is effectively gambling the safety of patients and the health of experienced specialist nurses(plus any who are lucky enough to get redeployed into ITU this winter) and hoping it'll be enough to get by on.
