I was only thinking the same thing the other day! I moved to a massive NCFC supporting area on the Suffolk border a year ago and it’s been a nightmare tbh! I’ve lost all bragging rights and had to admit they are better than us at the moment. Very humbling! Was thinking of asking them how they felt for the 10+ years we were not just better than them but actually one of the top teams in Europe. |  |

We would more than accept winning the Championship in 2003/2004 and 2018/2019, League One champions in 2009/2010 and promotion from the Championship again in 2010/2011 plus the Play Offs in 2014/2015.
It's put them in a much better position than we're in.

ITFC - 2 promotions to tier 1.
1 as 2nd tier champions
NCFC - promoted out of tier 3 at first attempt as Champions, depressing enough
5 promotions to tier 1, 3 as champions.I
Oh and a league cup win
Repeat since 81.
They've a long way to go in terms of proper silverware, but it can't be ignored since 86 we've spent more time than them at a lower level. | |
