Always make me smile when people say "but he's being played out wide, he can't play there". LEARN it then. He has pace, if anything a wider role should suit him.
I just don't think he is good enough though, so doubt he'll make the starting XI. |  |

The number of assist last season from that wide position suggests he's more than capable.
The coaching, for him, needs to be more on the defensive aspect of that role. |  |

He had a golden period in the first half of last season, as the entire team did.
I would be interested to know his games to assists/goals ratio in the last 15/16 months though.
I know he's been injured for part of that time, but I think you'd be surprised how poor he's been. | |

That may have coincided with Norwoods fitness issues.
Its hard to get good assist stats when you dont have a decent striker in the team. | |
