Turns out a few coppers hurt their wrists while truncheoning folk.... on 19:55 - Mar 25 by Oldsmoker
It took less than a week to correct the record. Compared to Hillsborough that's quite an improvement.
Hllsborough only took 27 years to get the unlawful killing verdict at the inquests.
Did you see/read about the Suffolk guy, with an age of a child stiched up for a crime he clearly didnt commit? Was a robbery and they leant on him to get a confession. How these police can sleep at night is beyond me. 30 years and counting....
It was punctured lung and seriously broken bones on the local Bristol news last weekend. Still, I’m sure one of their cheerleaders will be on soon to tell us of the great sacrifices they make every day, and that a nasty bruise can feel like a serious break when generous sick leave is on offer. I’ve got my bingo list ready. Eyes down for a full house....

Not a good look. Many are struggling to do their jobs against the background of cuts and sh*t political leadership. Lying really doesn't help get members of public on their side.
Wasn't it at the Kingsnorth power station protests in 2008 that the police injury numbers were subsequently found to have included at least one officer who had been stung by a wasp?

I know a few police officers and they’re great people - working with communities to improve people’s lives and going above and beyond to help those who need it. Unfortunately there are others who give officers a bad name, resulting in them getting tarred with the same brush.
