Yes, this is the key point. We are so far behind so many smaller clubs in out set up, let alone the Championship. Had Evans got that right then the last 13 years would have cost him a whole lot less. |  |

I wonder how many americans will be involved in running the club on a day-to-day basis. Rumours are that the CEO from Bristol City is in the frame to run things. I've worked with Americans and some of them are so motivated and have a blind faith that they can achieve the impossible that it sort of infects everyone else.

This is true, however buying a proper striker might help (like Posh do every year) or perhaps a couple of dribble merchant creative types to play the 4231 that Cook clearly still wants to play.
