Whoever he picks, it would be bad. We've had so many combinations of player, even changed the formation for them and pretty much every time they've been dreadful. Just accept - as I did a while back - that this season is over. Hopefully we'll look back on nights like this in the near future and just think, "wow, I can't believe we were that bad." Thing is what do you do when you come in a find that most of them are lacking ability let alone the mentality that he requires in his teams. Harsh to judge him yet IMO without giving him a chance to build a team of his own style and mentality. His CV speaks for itself when he gets it right.
Don't get me wrong, he has a huge job on his hands here. Lots coasting along at a nice family club that I'm sure won't be here much longer. Will be nice to have a manager actually backed in terms of transfers though after so many years of freebies only. We saw what 500k can potentially buy you in KVY. | | | |
