Ok. I think he's totally unproven as a coach and we need players to respect their coach's ability and track record as a coach, not a player. I don't have any faith in him. And he's one big question mark for me. I get the feeling every time I hear him speak that he may well be another Chris Doig.

Do you know hes been coaching?or will be coaching?
We could for example be asking him to work on crossing and how to gain a yard to get balls in... for me theres not many better at these levels than Roberts. |  |

He might be amazing.
I'd rather we stuck to coaches with a track record. The job's for the boys side of it worries me too if I'm honest. I would've hoped a new era would have started without that kind of old school comfy appointment that the vast majority on this forum have called out in the past.
I have a bad feeling about him. I don't warm to him. More than happy to be proved wrong. If he's the best thing since sliced bread, happy days. I just won't blindly follow the herd when my own judgement warns me against it. | |

Generally been discussed on here that Cook brought him along as someone to bounce ideas off.
Will work on his badges and potentially manage the U23s with Dyer stepping up. More qualified coaches coming in for sure. |  | | |

Bit strange tho. You wont hear anything of him next season just like gill was barely spoke about until he had that 3 game run of picking the side.
