Just needs a bit of a polish.

I like the idea of using an armchair as a bog roll holder. Not sure it's the best use of space, but imaginative and multifunctional.

Crazy as this may sound, I used to work in foreclosed housing over the pond getting them ready for resell. There are times I would have killed to have had a contract this easy.

God, that's grim. Likely some serious mental health issues and, what's worse, kids having to live in that. Quite sobering.

I like the fact that they appear to have a Dyson hoover, when clearly it's not been used.

Sad though that children appear to be living there and people for that matter.

The boiler looks as though it could've been replaced at some point fairly recently, so it's not all bad...

my parents neighbours are from up north, and they genuinely treat their house like this. utter shthole. no care or attention goes into the house or garden at all.

£110k list price, easily £50k - £100k structural work and modernising. God knows what work the electrics and plumbing needs. I doubt even an investor would be able to turn much of a profit here. £75k is the most I would pay, and even then it would be for an ambitious £10k profit.

I bet you someone will get it, do a slap dash job on it, then rent it out as a multi tennancy.

The sad truth is, people will rent it too. The average house price is £130-200K in that area of Sheffield, so unless someone makes out like a bandit on the auction - this is a negative investment.

I can't see that it would cost that much to turn round as a small terrace - structurally doesn't look anything obvious with it.

Total strip out, new bathroom and kitchn, new cheap flooring, skim worst areas and full redec and you could do that for £25-30k tops.
