He's the resident expert on it and the way we play it, so stretching to the premiership shouldn't be an issue for him.
MASTERCLASS in 4-2-3-1 from West Ham last night... on 09:00 - Aug 24 with 455 views | unstableblue | .... it really was Even before Leicester went to 10 men In short their full backs are solid defensively and can bomb forward to cross or critically feed the wide attacking midfielders The deep 2 midfielders can drop very deep with the full back to make a defensive wall of 6 The deep 2 midfielders drop in behind the full backs when they bomb on, or one stays deep when the other bombs forward, typically rice The number 10 is very mobile.. a pivot to feed the wide players or driving into the box themselves The solo striker is strong, and gets in behind They were excellent And crucially as well as the system they have quality across positions - Rice is purring at the moment - and they simply had more desire and energy than Leicester, they won the press and seized the second ball They'll have aa good season

Wet Spam did look good I have to agree but their one of those sides that as and when and if they start to hit a poor run of form they struggle to get out of it BUT that said good to see them continuing their last season end of form.Good to watch and something to aspire to I guess

Antonio must be one of the most underrated strikers in the EPL, when he plays like he did last night he is a joy to watch and a serious handful. Looks like Jamaica's gain and England's loss. It has got to be said Moyes and Pearce have done a fantastic job at West Ham, but get little recognition for it. [Post edited 24 Aug 2021 9:26]
