Little unfair on Mr McShane - he had a pretty good career compared to what most academy players will get. The fact that he didn't make it at Man Utd but still went on to play at a high level elsewhere is a good thing. Out of that current Man Utd academy team, you would assume only 2 or 3 will make it to the first team, and those players will already have a good idea who they will be. The rest will end up at the likes of Hull if they are lucky. |  | |  |
