I quite literally feel your pain. Not sure mine is torn but it’s facked in some way and I could barely walk for a couple days. The lesson to learn is don’t join in with your U12s in footy practice. Pinging those sweet corners in and it was all going so well.

Comfortably 6 months, depending on your age.

Tore mine a few years ago and it's still not as strong as it used to be, I'm sure.
