Why? McCarthy would probably have kept us up last year or at least made a proper good go at it, and I despised Micks brand of footy. He should be judged from when he started and other than great PR he has been pretty poor. At this level we should definitely demand better but so many fans are falling for the spin. We were told to accept mediocrity st championship level now the same again in league one. Unbelievable really. |  |

I can't subscribe to the Lambert should be fired issue. He's been with us what, one year and people calling for his head already seems a tad unfair on the individual. Yes his wins to games ratio has room for improvement and he hasn't exactly decorated himself in honors since coming in but allow it time if nothing else.
There's no way Evans will fire Lambert or even consider it, it's not going to happen any time soon whether people want to agree or disagree. Best guess there's a number (which seems to grow by the week) that seem anti-manager and wants a change but truth is we're not going to get it.
It's all about the good of the club. You may not feel like it on occasion but you got to try and keep faith with what we got and the possibilities of the time ahead. Third position at half-stage of a season isn't a bad return, hell I imagined we'd be mid-league by end of year back in August. |  | | |
