This season we have had some ‘iffy’ decisions given against us, but we really do need to do better at closing games out. The officiating hasn’t helped at times, yesterday’s decision on Chaplin being a prime example, but we need to be better, we are still too easy to score against, we show naivety at times instead of managing the game out.
From those 12pts lost, if we got half of those we’d be sitting in a far more comfortable league position. Yes, we can point fingers at some of the ‘questionable’ decisions, but we need to look at ourselves more. We’ve shot ourselves in the foot on occasions during these first 10 games. |  |
