I actually think this needs to be looked at.
Cajuste is brilliant
Morsy is good at what he does.. but he's best being the mopper upper. Many occasions tonight when he got the ball his first thought was turning back and going back to defence.
It feels like we need a third midfielder in there to drive forward like cajuste.
Also whilst typing. Jack Clarke. Hes a good dribbler but his play doesn't help Davis. There were many times davis was on but as the ball made its way over clarke got in the way of it and changed our attack.
I'm just thinking out loud obviously. I dunno. I just don't know what KM can do to help us win games at this level with what we've got. |  |

We certainly need some creativity in the midfield. Delap and Hutchinson were man marked. Often by two or three players, which should have left space for a creative midfielder to run into. |  |

Agree. I’d personally go Morsy Cajuste and Phillips. Play 2 up top with perhaps Szmodics or Hutchinson off Delap. Johnson and Davis wing backs and 3 centre backs. But my Sunday side lost more games than it won so perhaps I’m wide of the mark!🤣 |  |

Could see a 3 of Morsy, Cajuste and KP working, have Jens infront of the other 2 and you have a real solid base. Omari and either Clarke or SS either side of Delap, on paper looks good. |  | | |
