President of the European Commission at the NATO meeting on 21:00 - Jul 12 by GeoffSentence
How does he hold on to his job? Being that pissed at work is a sackable offence in most normal work places.
Corruption and giving top jobs to his mates would be my guess.
There is a great story about a high ranking psoition he gave to one of his pals that I read recently. Can't remember the position and the exact details but it went along the lines of apointing one of his cronies to the position of a deputy. He basicaly proposed the bloke without warning saying it was a nothing role and the committee aproved him. He then informed the committee that the head of the department had earlier resigned and the new deputy was now the head.

I am amazed that the EU heads of state buy into this and support him, quite literally - in the video in the OP two of them were actually propping him up.

Looks like he must have had a few between when he arrived and the time this video was recorded.
Best bit: Poroshenko almost floors him at 2:41.
Didn't see the Theresa May smile, where's that?
Around 2min mark she follows Trump who appears not to have taken much notice of Junckers.
It is hard to believe he was elected by Leaders of the 28 by 26-2 with only UK(David Cameron) and Hungary voting against. The appointment was then ratified by a majority vote of MEPs. Waiting for the self appointed defenders of the EU to come up with an excuse.

Cameron and Orban of Hungary didn't vote for him? That almost counts as a vote of confidence in my book.
