How? Signing an ENTIRE TEAM of L1 and 2 players. Everyone would be been really excited if he’d got in 2 or 3 from the lower leagues with the aim of introducing them with some of our youngsters.
But to get as many as he did and then expect them all to step up immediately whilst sending our youngsters out on loan and completely freezing Dozzell out suggests to me that his football knowledge above L1 is very limited.
