In a time where we see so many billionaires come to invest in the beautiful game and just cause carnage for clubs and fans, the Leicester City owner seems to have genuinely worked wonders for them and looked to develop the club and the city. |  |

I was watching at the time and that's what the news reader said. However, it was clearly conjecture at the time.
