I can see it was a huge mistake bringing in so many lower league players. I soon found I was out of my depth. It was a relief when Marcus txt me to tell me I was sacked.

He could sadly write a book on how to not manage in the championship.

I was excited pre hiring Hurst, seemed to tock all boxes great win %%% etc.

Never saw one of his press conferences pre us.

He made me feel v uncomfortable weeek 1 when trying quite a brutal approach to the press.

Thought v early would either work, or more than likely be a disaster.

Hopefully he will learn.

Lambert seems very shrewd to date. Very happy with him.
