I for one can’t wait till Saturday. Playing Hurst’s team as a player who managed to beat us on our way to Hursts bottom of the table assembled rubbish. Saturday is the first game of the survival assault spurred on by the Lamberts build up to January in his approach and the signings so far - the ethos embedded before the January window of opportunity - and hopefully with his recruits actions put into words.

This week has seen activity in the market too. Not all agreeable to some, but I think we’ll see (hopefully in the next 48 hours) another one or two come through the door and changes come Saturday.
