Ordered ticket last night, still hasn't come through.

Spoke to ticket office about an hour ago, they said emails are going through, anyone else having problems/got theirs?

I even went out and came back in again. Then I went up and came back down again. Still no ticket.

Why can't they just scan the bar code from the PDF? Nonsense that it needs printing in the first place!

I think the problem is that the email sending pdfs haven't been going to customers. It's not ideal. I always get tickets sent to me, I'm hugely pro tech but I don't have a printer to print them! Basically everything else in life can be done on app.

	I know that was then, but it could be again..
