Doubt we’ll see Huws in a Town shirt again 15:38 - Jan 24 with 1909 views | MrTown | Doubt he’ll ever play a full season of football again imo. Gutted by lankester injury, leaves us with what...? Sears, Quaner, Keane and Judge. Not that great for now until the end of the season!

Bale Gazza Owen Cole Emyr Huws Can’t see him personally going here on in without him having further knee problems, knee problems seem to be the ones that linger throughout people career. He can’t shake it, nearly been 2 years since a run of football.

Doubftul on all accounts. You've chosen 4 elite players from a period of three decades. Not the closest of comparison.s

I just picked the most famous examples, not sure why that plays a part? Lesser players aren't noticed when out for so long but they usually still come back. Bowditch would be a good closer to home examples with that many injuries but still had a good career. He was written off here but look up how many games he played after he left us

‘Famous’ players, or all in that list expectionally talented footballers are worth “the risk” for these big clubs, because with these super talented footballers it’s always “what if we can get him fit”. Had Bowditch has a good career, only ever played 10+ games post Ipswich for Wycombe/Northampton/Yeovil/MK Dons.

Bowditch has played hundreds of games in League One. He's had a decent career.

Anyone who plays at a high enough level to make a living out of football has had a decent career.

Doubt we’ll see Huws in a Town shirt again on 09:11 - Jan 25 with 1303 views | hampstead_blue | Paul McGrath Leadley King Both had knees made of glass. I'd say they probably regret playing on so long now. Both probably had knee replacements. The thought is that maybe EH needs to find a regime which suits him. I've no idea what's behind the scene, hence I'm probably wrong but it's a fair thought I think.
| Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me.
Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing.
Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial.
Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid.
Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

Doubt we’ll see Huws in a Town shirt again on 09:44 - Jan 25 with 1240 views | JammyDodgerrr | It's one of those where he just needs to get back and get lucky without suffering a breakdown. Bishop was similar but he now looks to be over it. Lankester is a loss but will benefit from a break anyway. The down side is it either means Judge will have to continue to be a winger, or we bring back in Gwion Edwards, and we look forward to the ball cannoning off him every time he touches it.
