There was a sad case in New York some years ago of an older guy who died at his desk, just slumped over, and no one noticed. It was a Friday afternoon, the cleaners came in and worked around him. Body there all weekend and people just assumed on Monday morning that he had been first in so it was not noticed until later in the day that something was wrong.

He must have been a very clean old man.
