The winner of the 100m at the World Championships has missed 3 drugs tests in the last 12 months and only avoided a ban due to a miss-dating of the first missed test. Doesn't say why he missed the other two as well.

Unfortunately athletics governing body tries to impose bans which then get watered down on appeal or when the lawyers get involved.

Look at Justin Gatlin. When he beat Bolt in that final race, the crowds booed him. He had two bans already. Totally embarrassing for athletics.
