I’ve been a couple of times and it is just niceish town plenty of nice countryside spots surrounding it to visit. I’d recommend heading to Donegal Town instead, great place. |  | | |

Letterkenny not up to much but the North Donegal coast is amazing. Magheroarty beach and surrounds are great. Go to Gweedore and pick up ' cúpla focail ' of Irish. | | | |
