There aren't separate seats for them. They sell out if the stadium sells out.
Either they are there and you need to adjust the option (annoyingly at some point it reverts to all adult and you have to re-do it - is it when you log in if you weren't already?) or you can't get the offer on the day. I thought you could still get the offer on the gate. |  |

Just checked and works still for me in top tier of north. Some parts of the stadium appear to be sold out (bottom tier of north for one). | |

I’ve just done it so it is there.
They won’t have sold out because the game isn’t a sell out.
They don’t have a certain number of U19 tickets, unlimited. | |
