Aye, one of the key points being soil land lost to animal feed farming to support intensive poultry farming e.g. Completely agree that people who eat meat all the time need to scale back on that. | |

Even if these innovative methods CANNOT be scaled, they must be able to serve a local community. Maybe we look to more community based projects to provide certain foods. I do believe that meat is OK if farmed sustainably. We've a great climate for that. I'd say the US needs to step back, but the $ and demand don't stop for anyone. I love the innovation shown in growing foods. Scalability shouldn't be the ultimate, more smaller scale take-up. | |
