...all the results essentially seem to be going our way or at least better than I could've hoped. With Coventry and Portsmouth playing each other, a win would get us back in the play-off positions. I really hope we come out and go for it, bombard them until the goals come.

However, I think we all know that the opposite will be true.

Doesn't matter about anyone else, we can't get the job done ourselves.

But we won’t be able to do our job. As “the hunters” we move into must-win territory with each passing game. And we haven’t got the bottle to get our job done.

I wouldn't worry too much about other sides in the top 6 at the moment

We are slowly losing ground, week by week as other teams increase the gap and still have games in hand. And with some of those games being against each other it is a certainty that they will increase points.

One point out of the last twelve points is not a blip, as the performance tonight confirms. We should be 'burying' teams like W'don as P'Boro and S'land did in their games tonight.

On current form since the end of Sept we would be around 19th place. We now need to nearly double that points per game average to ensure a playoff place.

And I know that a couple of wins can qyuckly alter those averages, but with Coventry, Fleetwood and Portsmouth in March we have to start winning ................. regularly.
