Goal celebration 17:07 - Nov 21 with 2621 viewslmfcblue

Was it me or was there a total lack of enthusiasm (apart from Mcgavin) with an injury time winner??
Yeah legs are tired but says it all for me really

I think it was probably the correct one. They know how poor that was.

As Bluefish says above, they appeared to run over to Judge. Odd

I think it was because it was Judge's excellent shot the GK couldn't hold resulting in the goal. When I say excellent I didn't think it looked that powerful and would be an easy catch for the GK, so maybe more of a GK mistake.

I thought this. It looked a very tame shot and a poor piece of goal keeping. I wonder if the camera angle did it no favours. That said, it is a sign that if we could only get in the opposition area and take some shots on target we might get back to scoring goals.

Why is it Town fans look for every opportunity to be negative?

Yes we're struggling, have an inept manager and club is fooked in many ways but trying to claim the players weren't happy about a 97th minute winner is a bit pathetic.

Was that not the second time that Judge has contributed towards a winning goal as i seem to remember his quick thinking for the winning goal from a short corner in an game earlier ? It was no more than a decent effort yesterday but it was a shot on target that set up our winning goal . Credit where credit is due .

It was the extra step to the right which put the keeper in the wrong place looking at this:

Even there it looks like it is an easy catch that he simply palms away. Maybe he sees it late? Maybe the floodlights and/or the defenders in front of him meant he reacted late? Where he stands he is stopping it in front of his shoulder.

Amid all the talk about this goal, no one has mentioned Ward’s coolness in letting Chambers cross go through his legs in order to tee Judge up for the shot. I think that’s why they celebrated with each other first before joining the younger lads.

I don't know. I'm getting tired by it (negativity), to be honest. It translates on to the pitch

Had to go back and rewatch it to see that. Thanks for pointing out.

Thought Ward had a poor game overall but that was a positive from him that I hadn't noticed.
