Pretty certain he lives in the more trendy one in that London.

Anyone who has ever worked with the public in a customer facing role knows how entitled the average person is. On a daily basis 2-3 like this idiot would come in and demand a lot more for a lot less money. Like this berk who can't understand why there is a delivery fee I had people come in and demand to buy currency at rates where the company would have lost money and then have a massive tantrum when you refused. The amount of exaggerated complaints I got from customers happy to lie to punish you for not giving into their stupid demands was unreal.

Sorry for the rant. Brought back memories. Oh and our manager was so spineless it was ALWAYS our fault and the customer always got something out of it.

Truly impaired.

"If this is happening to me how many other people is it happening to?"

Thin end of the wedge. I once ordered tin foil and got tin trays. Try wrapping your sandwiches up in those :-)

Once ordered some cheap-but-reasonable rum from Tescos delivery. They had none so they sent Kraken instead.
For the same price.

OUTRAGED I was.

I once ordered some gel insoles and was sent two cans of shaving gel.

Another highlight was when they replaced my AA batteries with AAA.

Thing is, Asda are very fair about refunds and it's very easy to do online. Not sure why this muppet felt it was worth a news story.

I was preparing things for tonight's dinner.

Indeed that is the wrong Stoke but he does seem to be rather attention seeking, especially given he ticked the option to allow them to substitute it.

It does make you wonder how boring his live must be to have to make a big deal out of it, makes me feel slightly sorry for him.

As you say, thoughts and prayers.

Yep, and your problem with Stoke, is there are a lack of ditches to push animals into, so if nobody remembers to leave a combustable household appliance on, local press really struggles.
