Will he ever play again?

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Now we have a new loan signing for right back would it be possible to remove KVY from the squad for the rest of the season so his wages do not count towards the salary cap?

Theoretically, assuming we had no plans to play him again this season, but there would be little point in freeing up salary cap space when there's three and a half hours in which to find another signing.

Even if there has been a setback for KVY, which I'm guessing may well be the case given the hasty nature of this signing, then he could be available at some point over the next few months.

It could also be the case of trying to get Chambers back in centrally.

Yes, it will allow that but I think the hope has been that KVY would be back soon, a new signing suggests that might not be the case.

I think the kindest thing to do now is simply to take KCY out into the nearest field and shoot him.

Bloody ridiculous the length of time out ......

Surely KVY is not injured again? More of concern is will he ever play for us again?

Where on earth is our beloved manager going to fit in all those young players. Also is he the one making the signings? He is very quiet today!

Can see now the stories re Toto and Nolan are starting to make a bit of sense. Toto is a liability so better off moving on. Nolan seems to be a bit injury prone. Move him and have a ready made replacement in Harrop.

Will most definitely be an interesting line up Saturday!

Very disappointing.

Suppose if Chambers is available to play CB then one less CB needed.

Maybe allows toto to go. You can't rely on KVY to play 20 odd games. Would be asking alot

Think people may be reading too much into this. There’s no way KVY is going to play 3 games per week after his lay off, so once fit he will be eased back extremely gently. This signing will allow Chambers to go back and help one of the youngsters in the middle

Surely we have better central options than Chambers available. Woolfenden and mcguiness.
By the way did lambert ever give donacien a go at right back?

Do we know if either of them can play on the other wing or in more advanced positions? If the new lad is worth his mustard as a fullback, I could see a very interesting experiment with KVY as a winger on the right with Edwards on the left (where he has been quite impressive)

Unless the plan is KVY at left back, given how poor Ward has been lately? He's played that side a fair bit before.

I think KVY played on the left at Colchester, someone else may be able to confirm.

Woolfenden has been awful , chambers needs to come back in the middle

I’d be happy with that but would have expected a straight swap with Woolfenden moving to RB.

KYV was in full training this morning.

Whilst I appreciate Matheson is a solid player, we loaned out a Rightback to loan in a Right back.
