Yes, competence and responsibility. Instead of, "I've played for big, big clubs" ie, you're lucky to have me, "We need a little help" time and time again. Now we have someone willing to take responsibility, who is proud to be here, knows that he has to trim the squad rather than continuing to bloat it and wants to work with the players.

It will take time but I hope this is the start of things turning around.
