Well since those measures don't seem to comply with the law so I would say it's hugely irresponsible owners rather than a return to normality.
It's not hard for them to obey the various rules for a month or two, doubt I would have stayed given their obvious attitude.

Are you suggesting I dined surrounded by boxes of Surf? My Tilapia, frijoles and plantain were definitely not "perf with surf" but I always have my suspicions.
Back in the 90s I worked on a fraud / money laundering investigation during which we often dined at an Indian Restaurant that never seemed to have any custom Mon-Thur other than us, we always wondered if they were "at it". | |
