If a team are struggling to create much, makes perfect sense to use your subs.

I think Kane's lack of form does put his place at risk in the next match (would be a big call but I'd do it)

I'd also like to see both Grealish and Foden on the pitch. Mount hasn't really delivered for me. Great player but last night's performance doesn't get us past the last 16 imho, so time for some tinkering.
