If I recall correctly, we can only register 22 outfield players aged over 21 this season. I believe that Barry is the only outfield U21, so that leaves us with 23 players for 22 places. Is this correct? and if so, who would not make the cut? Nolan?

I guess it will be one of Nolan or Jackson, unless something strange like Doncaien as belief that Burns can cover RB.
Other option is Toto, who we haven't had an injury update on - if he is out for another 8 weeks as an example you just leave him out until January and reassess then |  |

Think he'll enjoy working with the players around him. He's really taken things on board in training worked back up to first team squad etc. Could really make something of himself again learning from some of our signings. |  |

Looks like clubs need to submit their Squad List to EFL today and it will be published this time next week.
43.9.3 Each Club shall submit its Squad List to The League:

Asked the club and it does seem it is January 1st. EFL regulations are confusing as there are several references to July 1st for under-21 elsewhere but this seems to be what covers the squad list.
So aside from Kenlock no one needs to miss out as Harper counts as an under-21.
‘Under 21 Player’ means a Player under the age of 21 as at the 1 January in the year in which
the Season concerned commences (e.g. for Season 2021/22, born on or after 1 January 2000)
