You should have a PDF attached at the bottom of the email. Open that, and that's your ticket.
Edit, sorry, I miss read that. I've never had to do it from purchase history, someone must have tho.

I had a similar problem before the Barrow game - I had to phone the ticket office and they resent the email with the pdf attachment. |  | | |
