I’m worried about BoJo’s successor and that this cements Starmer purely by default. But the right step as far as Johnson goes and can possibly lead to other steps in the right direction too.
I think Boris would have to be dragged by police to leave no.10. I get the feeling that he owes a lot of money to big corps and has to make legislation to benefit them.

Yep, the thought of the Tories being out of Govt must really worry you as a proper leftie

I hadn't realised it until I moved to Scotland, but the SNP hate Labour (and Labour hate the SNP) at least as much, and possibly more, than they hate the Tories up here, because many seats are SNP v Labour battles, and the SNP under Salmond were, shall we say, extremely robust in their approach to electioneering ( for an example, see the campaign against Charles Kennedy (OK, he was a Liberal, but the point stands)).
There's a real possibility that Darth is an SNP supporter, rather than a Corbynista. Once I realised that, everything else makes sense.

Whoah!
I hate Starmer because he and his lot are another retrograde step looking to get their hands on the neoliberal baton and are seemingly clueless and policyless about the world and the future.
I support the SNP because they’re the only likely way out of a system that puts someone like Starmer up as the alternative. And of course, far worse, put someone like Johnson and the Tories in power in the first place.
I used to like and still like some Scottish Labour people – the stuff they’re doing in Ayr like Preston needs highlighting more to show how local government can work. But as a party at Holyrood, it really is little more than a branch office of the English Labour Party – with all its myriad faults.

You hate Starmer?! Why have you never mentioned it?!

I don't think it's even as respectable as dodgy corps. It'll be iffy Russians.
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.
