It's definitely a strange one, they seem to stick a few fans in there, do they have disabilities, what's the story there?

I'm pretty sure the disabled fans are located in the Magnus Stand next to the tunnel. I thought the lower tier was the family section. | |

It is used for ambulant disabled away fans. When we opened it up to families, so many decided to stand that the view from the Cobbold boxes behind that section was obscured. | | | |

It does seem that a capacity crowd was recorded as 28,434 because a large number of seats were not made available for sale. That section being the most obvious of them. As commented above, even more strange to have half a dozen Pompey fans in them. |  |
