I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I have frequently had issues this season with the system matching season ticket holders to tickets. It almost cost me this morning. Cambridge was the 13th away game I have ordered tickets for and I'd say only twice has it gone smoothly. Every other time I order tickets and allocate the right customer numbers and a red error appears that suggests otherwise. I have to change around the allocated customers (to my kids) then back to adult or over 65 in my dads case before they finally decide that everything is right. It's done the same thing for coach tickets as well. This morning I had to cancel tickets twice and return a third time, at which stage there were barely any seats left and I had to take two in an area I'd prefer not to sit. Again, it's unreserved so makes no difference this time, but could have. Just wondered if anyone else had the same error. Club assured me after Bracknell it wouldn't be an issue, but one of these days I'll miss out, having been logged in in time simply because it won't accept an adult season ticket holder for an adult seat, until I have swapped customer names round multiple times just to get back to my own name again. The customer names / numbers it eventually lets me proceed with are the same ones I initially enter. There doesn't even seem to be logic in tricking the system to remove the error messages. Sometimes I have changed names once and it's done. Other times five or six and it's not worked, I have had to bin those tickets and start again. If it's me then it's unfortunate, but it others have the same issue, then it's something that should have long since been resolved. [Post edited 9 Jan 2023 13:41]
