Town's fitness 10:12 - Oct 9 with 1149 views | N2_Blue | It's been mentioned how many times how we appear fitter than the opposition. I don't think this can be underestimated and i'm sure plenty of more detailed analysis backs this up however i think the time of goals scored and conceded is very telling. Minutes 31 - 45 Goals for: 6, Against 1 Minutes 76 - 90 Goals for 6, Against 0 The longer each half goes the more potent and defensively sound we seem to become.

I actually think that's part of the plan. We press almost the whole game, especially from the front. As we approach 60-70 minutes, assuming we aren't 2+ goals up, usually everyone other than defence is exhausted. We then bring on an entirely new front line to do the same again against tired players. There's not much teams can do to defend against it other than try and match us for fitness.
