You absolutely must move the ball with pace...yes...side to side is OK when trying pull a team out of position but do it slowly and it's too easy for the opposition.

You also must commit to third man runs to create space and confusion for the opposition.

We are utterly bereft of energy and football nouse.

I think Southgate thinks this is the walking Euro Championships. This tournament is really showing up Southgate’s managerial limitations. No changes at half time, bizarre but what do you expect?!
