Injections for Williams
Injections for Williams
Thursday, 8th Feb 2007 19:15

Midfielder Gavin Williams will undergo a course of injections to overcome the pelvic problem the picked up in the Stoke game last week. Williams has already been ruled out of Saturday's home match with Leicester City.

Town's head of sports science Dave Williams told the club site: "The specialist has suggested a course of injections over the next few weeks to see if that helps the discomfort settle down.

"He looks like he has a small tear in the groin area where the muscle is attached.

"Gavin's had the first injection and he says there has been an improvement so we will have to see how it goes, but he will certainly be out for a little while yet."
