End of Season Dinner This Evening

Town are holding their end of season awards dinner at Trinity Park this evening with several former players in attendance, including John Wark, Alan Brazil, Mick Mills, Ray Crawford and Chris Kiwomya.

Around 400 guests will be at the event which will see the Players' Player of the Year trophy awarded, in addition to the Boxholders and Corporate Sponsors' Player of the Year, the Academy Player of the Year, the Most Improved Player of the Year and the Town Goal of the Season.

The seven goals in contention for the latter are Pablo Couñago's backheel at Charlton, Gary Roberts's volley on the opening day against Sheffield Wednesday, Alan Quinn's 25-yarder also against the Owls, Jon Walters's second against Bristol City, Sylvain Legwinski's dipping volley at QPR, Alan Lee's goal against Wolves and Velice Sumulikoski's first goal for the Blues against Blackpool.

Voting for the Supporters' Player of the Year will take place at the Hull City game.
