You can now buy signed copies of testimonial man Fabian Wilnis's new autobiography The Full English via TWTD.

Wilnis's book, written in collaboration with Colchester Gazette sports reporter Matt Plummer, goes on sale today and relives the glory days of his career - getting promoted at Wembley, playing in the Premier League and unforgettable goals against the likes of Manchester United and Norwich City.

However, the Dutchman also offers frank and honest assessments of the bad times with Town, like relegation, feeling frozen out and the unfortunate breakdown of his relationship with former boss George Burley.

Wilnis, who has a testimonial match against Colchester United at Portman Road on Saturday, said: "I've been working on the book for the last year and am very proud of it.

"Thankfully, the majority of my nine years with the club were positive and I really enjoyed reliving all the good times. It brought the memories flooding back.

"Equally, there were bad times and I felt it was very important to be open and honest about them.

"I can't pretend they didn't happen and it wouldn't be an accurate story of my career if I didn't talk about the darker days, when it felt like my time with the club was running out.

"The whole point of the book is to give fans an insight and tell them something new. That's why I've avoided discussing game after game, because most supporters will remember what happened on the pitch.

"I want to tell them what happened off it - in the dressing room and within the squad - and that's why it's full of tales and anecdotes."
