Robson Scarves Sell Out Again

Town have already sold out of the latest stock of Sir Bobby Robson friendship scarves. However, those that missed out will be able to pre-order theirs with details announced this week.

Queues formed at Planet Blue once the scarves went on sale this afternoon and they quickly sold out.

Surely they'd know demand would be high, especially at the game tomorrow with a 27,000+ crowd with two sets of supporters with likely big interest in it. I think they missed out on a great opportunity to sell loads with people wanting to take advantage on the day to feel a part of the day.

I got mine! After driving to Ipswich this morning at 9:30, in the optimistic hope of securing one for myself and the others I go to PR with, I finally got them at 4:15! I think the club have made a bit of a blunder with regard to both the order, which should have been for at least 10,000, and the queuing system!

The picture of Sir Bobby above the shop does look very good. Does anyone know if the lettering is permanant or temporary?

NS2Blue added 00:30 - Sep 26 With all respect Markyitfc, Sir Bobby died a little more than 3 days ago. And with a little foresight, they knew a few weeks ago that the Newcastle game would be the renaming of the stand and that it would be an emotional game for both Town and Newcastle fans.
