Im not sure how much input RK has into the youth system but it is very poos management to not have a keeper at this age group. It is nothing major but still shows the inability to organise a team!

RK wouldn't run the academy, nor would he have much to do with it other than watching to see how they perform. You can hardly blame him for failing to organise a team he's not responsible for.
