Good News on Leadbitter Injury
Good News on Leadbitter Injury

Town have received some rare good news on the injury front with midfielder Grant Leadbitter’s ankle injury not as serious as first feared. The former Sunderland man is a doubt ahead of Saturday’s game at Crystal Palace, but has not chipped an ankle bone as was first thought.

The 24-year-old picked up the knock in a tackle with Burnley’s Clarke Carlisle shortly before the break last weekend and was on crutches after the match. The Blues reported no other new injuries from Saturday’s game.

Meanwhile, former Town striker David Lowe, 44, has joined the coaching staff at Tranmere Rovers.

Good News for Grant!
And also nice to hear about David Lowe! He was my favourite when he was at Town. We had a very decent team back then but an awful Manager - John Duncan who lead this realy good team to misery.

Good news. I rate some of Keane's signings as dodgy at best but this one was inspired. Can't afford for him to be out too long and one of the best players in the Championship as far as I am concerned.

As others have said... great news... let's hope he gets back quick as he does make a good 3 with Hyam and Norris... personaly I'd look at Hourahaine for Saturday as apossed to Healy (The last of the ones, I'd be real happy to see leave as I'm not sure with Stead)

We need him back quickly. He was beginning to look good in the centre with Norris. COYB!
