Keane Book Competition Over

TWTD's competition to win a copy of Ian Oxborrow’s new book Eggshells: Roy Keane at Ipswich Town 2009-2011 has ended.

The winner of the book, which covers the Irishman’s 20 turbulent months in charge of the Blues, was David Dodd, whose email was selected at random from those that correctly told us that Pablo Couñago, David Norris and Jon Stead scored the Town goals in the 3-0 win at Cardiff in Keane’s opening game in charge.

Ian Oxborrow is a sports journalist with the Daily Telegraph and previously with the Colchester Gazette who has been watching Town for more than 20 years.

Looks surprising to me... I thought this type of documentary books are written for very successful people in any field. What have we here? I can't remember a single thing that could be as positively striking during Keane's spell at PR that could have triggered writing a book... If it was a movie I would certainly put that famous interview after the Barnsley game, where Keane was asked should he stay or be fired and he answered: "I won't answer that question” and then “Take it whatever you want" with the most evil possible look in the eyes:)))
