Town Confirm Griffiths Agrees Deal

Town have confirmed that midfielder Jamie Griffiths has agreed to sign his new six-month contract. The 19-year-old’s current one-year deal is up at the end of the month.

Bury St Edmunds-based Griffiths made his senior debut as a late sub in the Carling Cup victory over Northampton but was out of action for the second half of the season with a double stress fracture of his back.

I think Marcus Evans is going to be careful with his money now, because he has spent millions and wasted money and it has got him nowhere,so you cannot blame him for being cautious, especially after seeing Norwich charge through the ranks on a shoestring budget. Let us hope any new money is spent WISELEY and not wasted again.
I bet he winced when Norris went after costing him around 4mill and the same with McCauley and that is just 2 players !!!!!!
